Default HU hand, good or bad?

Villain is "meatcity", very early in the match. I am 9 tabling so no real read, except he keeps barking at people to keep it HU (and some reason they're respecting it). After the fact he was 50/36.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $3/$6 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

BB: $600
Hero (SB): $627

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero raises to $18, BB calls $12

Flop: ($36) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $24, BB calls $24

Turn: ($84) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $66, BB calls $66

River: ($216) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $115

I've seen meatcity a fair amount in the 3/6 games, except I don't really know how he plays. River seems pretty thin but he could try to pick you off. The spades missed so that is in your favor. The turn is a scare card, both of you know it so that could also be good for you.

The river bet has him pretty priced in for a call with any ace which I don't like. Sometimes I bet more on the river here to make it looks more like I'm desperate to take it down because I have nothing. Overall, it's really read dependent.

Is he playing you heads up because he thinks you are bad? I don't see why either of you are staying HU. But if he thinks you are bad and maybe nitty I would call it.

whoa, im obviously not bluffing. i dont think an ace is folding. i want a 9 which thinks its chopping or an underpair to call. also, im sure its read dependant, but at that point i had zero read. so, assume he's unknown.

yes always bet this river, bet bigger too

he plays spewtardedly loose heads up and hates folding anything, so just play passively against him and push your mediocre-good hands, and don't get into stupid mind game raising wars

Yea, I worded that poorly. I guess I meant to say he is calling down an ace no matter what so we could be value betting for him on that river not on purpose.

I think you're right, a bigger bet was in order. Not positive. Anyway, 2nd half of the hand:

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $3/$6 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

BB: $600
Hero (SB): $627

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero raises to $18, BB calls $12

Flop: ($36) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $24, BB calls $24

Turn: ($84) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $66, BB calls $66

River: ($216) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $115, BB raises all-in to $492

obviously, was not expecting that. im getting 377:1197, require him to be bluffing or pushing me off a "split" ~31%+. i was somewhat readless. call?
