Facing a Turn Raise
I don't want to elaborate too much on my thinking other than I was having a tough time coming up with hands he could have given that he called the flop bet after a pre-flop cap and then raised the turn.
I didn't have a good read on what kind of hands he might raise the turn with. But I hadn't seen him bluff or semi-bluff at all. Am I supposed to call the turn raise here? What am I suypposed to do when I spike the 3rd king on the river?
