Is there a number I can call for help? I looked for one on their site but was unable to find one.

And one other thing, How do I take a screenshot of a page? I am on a windows laptop if it matters.

as for the screenshot, it depends on ur setup, it's usually just the prnt scrn key or alt+prnt scrn key that you see on ur laptop keyboard...
