I bet flop but a check isn't awful. Turn is standard as played. River you could go either way depending on reads.

Seems to me if we are betting the flop we should raise the turn, no draws got there, nothign big, just something to getmoney from draws and get smaller pairs out to keep from 2pring for free.

Yeah I play it the same probably. He could have a good hand on river, he could also be bluffing since you've shown zero strength so far. You have plenty good enough pot odds to call river, he'll often have air or some marginal hand such as 8x, pp's etc.
