Top two pair, tough river decision(NL 50)

The villain in this hand is very bad. I won an 80 dollar pot off of him earlier when he called down with Ace High when I had a straight. He has been mini-betting flops like this a lot and will usually call a raise.

He is running about 60/6 over 200 or so hands and hasn't really displayed any aggression post flop. He has mostly been a calling station.

guy probably has KT or some trash. I don't think he has QJ bc he prob isn't much of a semi-bluffer. i don't think he has 77 or TT often enough to throw this away. if he'll call you down with A high he'll certainly overvalue KT in this spot.
