New Payout Structure at Stars?

Sorry if this has been posted but I searched for "payouts" and didn't find anything.

Have the Stars payouts changed? I was in a $10 180 today, I haven't played them in a while, but the structure was:

1st 30%
2nd 20%
3rd 11.90
4th 8%
5th 6.5%

Was it always like this?
