Can you sell WSOP seats from online sites?

Does anyone know if you win a seat on fulltilt poker to the main event WSOP are you able to sell that seat? I have had an interesting event come up and I'm in a bad spot. Recently I was playing a 26$ sat on my CPU but thought i was on my accnt when i registered but I was actually on my brother's account who was playing on my CPU. I'm 22 he is only 18. Well I took 1st in the sat and now i'm in the 500$ 100 seat guarentee tourny on FTP but it is under his name. If i get a seat anyone know if I will be able to do anything with it?
