Default What do you do with tiny preflop 3bets?

Say I raise UTG with AQ to 0.8
All fold and the SB comes with a mega raise to about 2.1

Thats 1.3 into 3.1

Call or fold?

Generally just fold. What are the stack sizes? 150bb I might call.

10c-20c blinds are strange, that threw me off since I'm used to 10c-25c.

I don't think it's right to call this raise "tiny;" pot is $1.8 and he raises $1.3
If I were this guy raising OOP I would raise $2, though in position I would raise $1.8

All-in-all the raise is smallish, and I would only fold if the villian was shortstacked and/or very tight.

I agree, I would consider a tiny bet here to be 1.60...

is this 25nl? we can assume a typical villain is not thinking to hard about the fact you raised UTG. i think calling in position is fine.

There may be a little confusion here on your part corsakh. When the villian bet the pot was not $3.1, it was $1.8--so he was betting $1.3 into a $1.8 pot, which is a 2/3 pot sized bet.

1.3:3.1 are your calling odds

Thats not a raise of 2. Its a raise to 2. 40% of the pot.

You put in $0.80, villian put in $0.80, BB put in $0.20 for a total pot of $1.80

The villian raised from $0.80 to $2.10, which is a raise of $1.30

The pot is $1.80 and this guy raises $1.30, which is a raise of (1.3)/(1.8) or about two-thirds of the pot

This is a raise of ~70% of the pot, not 40%
