Damn i think i have a hernia

I have this weird low ache in my lower right abdomen. Its kinda come and gone over the last few weeks. WTF. Is this a hernia?

I have had 2 hernias, first one caught it early, second I couldnt be bothered gettin it sorted and it went insane and I had o be rushed to hospital- Id get it checked out ASAP

Yeah, what happens with bad hernias is you get a loop of bowel in there and it gets twisted up and pinched off. This restricts the blood flow and then that part starts to die. Once its dead, it doesn't come back, so you need to go in there and remove that section and reattach the ends. None of these steps are very fun.

If its big enough it will then cause all sorts of digestion problems for the rest of your life.

Or you could just go to the doctor.
