Button is super fun 75/30/2 lots of juicy notes like donking lots of flops, raising gutshots, 3betting A-hi, but goes into calldown mode sometimes with K-hi and such. He will like ALWAYS bet if checked to.

my plan is to bet & fold if UTG checkraises & call if Button raises?

I think players have a T here almost never.

I would bet/call button, and fold to UTG. I also think UTG cold calls 2 there with 2pair frequently, given readz, so overcalling is meh.
