Golf Gambling thread

I need some good, fun gambling games that I can play.

Need ideas for 1. Heads up vs a player same as me.
2. Heads up vs a player a few shots worse than me.
3. Heads up vs a player much worse than me. (Like 10-20 shots worse)
4. Team games with gropus of both 3 and 4 players.
5. Individual games with groups of 3 and 4 players.

general ideas...just becuase two people score the same doesnt mean they get there the same way. some just make pars (pavin type) others are all over the map (daly type). in a match between the two pavin should argue for stroke play games daly should argue for skins. if you have to give strokes usually play stroke games, if your getting strokes play skins/match games.

A lot of times with my friends we just give each other odds on making a shot or something. Like as my friend is lining up a putt I'll tell him 5-1 you don't make that putt, or on the tee someone might give me 15-1 that I don't make a birdie. Stuff like that is pretty entertaining.
