Why You Lose At Poker and Mastering No Limit hold em, both Books by Russel Fox and Scott T. Harker. I see Poker stars has these books available, has anyone read them? Are they worth the FPP's ?

I do not own either of them. I skimmed through Mastering No Limit and the book looked like a lemon. There are other books out there that are way better.

I own both, Mastering No Limit Holdem wasn't very good and Why you lose at poker isn't going to tell you anything new or groundbreaking but it covers some common leaks.

I believe "Inside the Poker MInd" is much better for fixing leaks.

For NL get NLT&P and I am not finished with it but I probably am going to start recommending Angel Largay's NL book.

I thought that Mastering NLH was a nice beginner book that complimented the LGB fairly well. Sure, there are shortcomings and it is not comprehensive, but it definitely helped me to pick up lots of basic concepts of NL.
