I gotta be honest, I don't remember checking after 3-betting. Am I missing something? If so, learn me.

That said, I'm betting $15 or $16 and hoping he pushes.

I know usualy it`s 3bet pf and fire close to potsize on flop. On the other hand if we check we might get QQ-KK to bet and pot commit themselves. Is it ever correct to checkraise here ? I have been 3betting a lot and firing on the flop.

bet $16 (as said in bbv)
dont u think with a J high board, Villain is going to push KK-QQ anyways, if thats wut u have him on? I'd say 95% of time he does.

Honestly, I've never 3bet and not fired. Something to think about here or no? I'm gonna start another thread so as not to hijack. Curious though....

Are you planning to check/raise or check/call the flop?

Because you have two aces his most likely hands here are KK, QQ and JJ. If he has JJ you're gonna get stacked so w/e. But if he has KK or QQ and you check raise the flop he *might* be able to get away from it esp. if he only bets half pot or so.

If you bet $12 or so on the flop he won't fold KK or QQ and he might see the smallish bet as weakness and get involved with AK or TT or some other crap.

I bet whether I hit or miss. I guess you could check-raise him all-in if you think he'll bet when you check, but fold to a bet. I like betting the best as I don't want opps thinking I check AA , but cbet AK.

Most thinking players should take the decision pf, wether to be willing to felt QQ-KK if no overcards hit. How should I have played this if I would be holding AK ? (not AsKs obv. )

I think autocb every time you 3b is a leak.
See you in the other thread.

OP,

I think both crai and b/3bai are valid lines.
