The lowest 10 percent in the list must be executed by dis-Member-ment, after a public, high-theatre, ritualistic mob-rule de-Modding.

Just think about it for more than 4 seconds.

Mods do this job voluntarily. For the high traffic forums this can be quite a time commitment, it would be ungrateful of the admins to remove a mod just for being disliked.

This is one of the reasons an idea like this will never happen.

Sorry for giving a serious reply. However, this is not the first time this topic has been suggested and having read other posts from the OP I assumed that this was a serious thread.
