Things I Miss About the New Software
-Easy access to a list of my posts. In this software, there is no such link in "My Home". I had to bookmark my user profile to get a list of my posts.
-The watch list. I enjoyed being able to browse new topics in only my watched forums. My guess is that these features contributed to the problems with the search algorithm. As far as I can tell, these are absent in the current (old) version of the board software. Am I wrong?

[/ QUOTE ] The answer so far as I have gathered is that the software upgrade had a search algorithm that was slowing down site performance due to the number of users/posts. The look is just a cosmetic thing and can be easily changed.

The Thread PM's were great. You could PM to a group of people, and if one responds, everyone sees it. It was great.
