Another AP v VP question

I have had an AP account for ages and it's my primary site. In February I created a VP account with a different email address. I probably had made a deposit with AP within 90 days but I'm not sure. Anyway, I haven't funded the VP account yet but think I will soon. My questions are:

-Can I use the same epassporte for both? If I do will it close my AP account? I'd like to have both of them alive.

-Can I transfer money from my Absolute s/n to my vegas poker account?

-Am I doing anything wrong, and if so, what will happen- reverse transactions, nothing, or funds confiscated? note, i'm not trying to cheat and wouldn't play on both at the same time, but I'm interested in playing on AP still since I'm elite and earn points quicker while taking advantage of the signup and reload bonuses on vegas poker where they are deducted from my MGR. And if I can do transfers I'd cash out strictly through vegas poker where there aren't fees for that.
