kinda depends on villian imo. if u only have 30 hands on him and he could still b reasonably donkey im lookin to raise here as he thinks his Ax his tha nutz. if u have a dece sample on him then i just lookin to get to a showdown. let him try to bluff u off ur trips with w/e he has or let him continue vbetting his Ax. if he has u bet so be it but i deffinatly want to get to showdown here and i dont think a raise on the turn accomplishes this.

i think u r underestimating villian here. the only worse hand i see him callin with is AJ tbh. unless i find out he isnt that great i cant see him callin AT for 200ish bbs here (again assuming we havnt shown down a bluff in this fashion or sumtin weird like that previously or been playin like a complete maniac up to this point)
