Default 100NL - 6max KQs standard?

Villain is running at 23/15/3, I'm playing tight 18/12/2. Just wanna make sure this is standard, villain should fold a lot here right?

pf isnt that great either btw. though calling in pos with this hand can be fine sometimes.

Isn't folding preflop pretty bad against a TAG who's 3-betting range is fairly wide here? He made it pretty cheap too so implied odds are better.

What's your calling range?
