Default First time playing in a casino

I went to Mississippi over easter weekend to visit my mom, and we hit up the Beau Rivage casino.
I played 1/2 NLHE for about four hours. Would have loved to play longer but the others with me were tired of the slots bleeding them dry.
I bought in for $100 and cashed out a little over $350. Is this normal or a fluke? I'm an OK player online, I don't make any money but I don't lose much either. I felt I played much better live and the others played worse, but did I just get lucky? What do you consider a good earn rate at 1/2NL?

Thanks,
--Chris

Obviously this is flux. You should know that it is not reasonable to assume that your true earn in a 1/2nl game is not $62.50/hr. Nice job on your first live session though! Did you like it, were you comfortable or nervous? It must be a shock to you @ how bad live players play huh?

breakeven small loser online would prob be a small winner at live 1/2 IMO.

Glad you enjoyed yourself did you prefer it to online or no?

I loved it, I had a blast. Online can't compare now that I've played live.
I was a little nervous, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Can't wait to play again. Too bad the closest game is in Oklahoma. (I'm in Dallas)
I'm going to Vegas in June (Honeymoon) so I'll get more playing time in then, but not as much as I'll want.

I think 10BB/hr is considered very good. So, $1/$2 would be $20/hr. Someone correct me if this is wrong...

Those games seemed very soft to me. I took my first trip over there a few weeks ago. I played both the Beau and the IP. About 12 hours of play made me a profit of just over $1400 at the 1/2 tables. I am headed back in a couple of weeks.

yeah thats about right alot of factors such as rake, hands per hr etc. but 20hr is a good win rate excelent player could do a bit better.
