I use an antivirus and snoopfree , and just don't allow anything to hook your keyboard or screen.

Just a pre-emptive answer for what may affect a number of people - after today, old versions of the client (prior to 2.141) will no longer work correctly. You *must* update to the newest version. If you have problems connecting, please first try reinstalling the software from the web site.
