On the UFC PPV this weekend, Joe Rogan talked about certain fighters drinking their own urine. He vaguely implied that he might have also done that in the past.

Besides any actual effects it may or may not have, if I'm a UFC fighter and I've been drinking piss to get ready for a fight, there's no way I'm losing. Because then I drank all that pee for nothing.

This, along with the recent revelations about de la Hoya and others having "non-ejaculatory sex" to get amped up for fights, pretty much confirms my suspicions that people who fight for a living are fundamentally messed up.
