6k Cashout problem with Absolute

I'm an Elite VIP with absolute. Some of you will have seen me play there.
Have been playing there for a couple of years.
limits 5/10, 10/20, 15/30, 25/50

I requested a Neteller withdrawal for 6000 US 1st April, and they keep promising that they will pay, but claim they are having technical problems (I can post the emails + chat logs)

The final date given for payment was yesterday and it still hasn't arrived.

Live support tells me they are a third party company that deals only with deposits and I have to rely on email to payments (they take about a week to reply).

I am waiting for the 6k withdrawal have 9.5k in my account and 2k in rakeback pending I'm starting to get worried about my money (that's nrly 18k entrusted with absolute)
