Default $10NL Bet reraise

I've only about 20 hands at the table, but villain had been aggressive in a few of them. All I've noticed so far.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $.10 BB (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP1 ($16.07)
MP2 ($16.36)
MP3 ($3.12)
CO ($7.32)
Button ($7.01)
SB ($4.91)
Hero ($17.52)
UTG ($2.98)
UTG+1 ($10.44)
UTG+2 ($10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, MP3 calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.45) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 bets $0.45</font>, MP3 folds, CO folds, Hero calls $0.45.

Turn: ($1.35) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.9</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $1.8</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises all in</font>

What do you think of this plan? I'm trying to figure out a way to get all his chips in. Is this raise too large? Save some for river probably...

What would your play be?

I'm pretty convinced that I played the turn incorrectly. Wouldn't it be better to maybe reraise to like $5, and then leave him with like a $4 river call? I'm just trying to think along the lines that NLHTP talks about planning to get their stack all in.

Any other thoughts along these lines?

reraise strong flop, you don't want to As9s to draw out on you.

What do you have villain on that he will call a 15.00 all in push with that you beat?? If he's drunk maybe a pair, maybe two pair, maybe a set.

Call behind on the turn, make the villain think you are drawing to the flush. If villain is on a flush and it gets there oh, bad luck.

Pushing all in allows the villain to play perfectly and fold.

Call behind on the turn and extract more value on the river.

It's $8.09 for him to call, actually. Not $15.

Smooth calling the turn is no good because it gives villain great odds to draw to a flush. We need to raise here to protect our hand and get value out of the aggressive villain.

I like the shove here if villain is aggressive enough. A raise to $5 sounds good at first, but it leaves $4 in villain's stack if he misses the river and folds it. It also puts us in a harder river decision if the flush comes in.

Nice hand. I'll c/r the flop sometimes if I think villain will bet.
