Default JJ on Thigh board stacking off time (standard?)

The Vil in this hand is ChangPogo on FTP who is running at 21/15/3.5. I have sat down recently and haven't done much out of line.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Hold'em Cash Game
$2/$4 Blinds
5 Players
LegoPoker HH Converter

Stack Sizes
SB: $265.40
BB: $433.40
Hero (UTG): $416.40
CO: $394
BTN: $495.50

Preflop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($6, 5 Players)
Hero raises to $14, CO folds, BTN calls $14, SB calls $12, BB raises to $70, Hero calls $56, 2 folds

The BTN in this hand was a donk, running at like 50/7 and the SB was a pretty solid reg. I figured a call is best as I'd prob do that with all my hands (AK / AA included)

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($170, 2 Players)
BB bets $110, Hero raises all-in to $346.40 ($240 more for the vil)

Vil was running at flop aggro of ~5 and I think he c-bets all his hands here. With that many callers pre he could easily be 3-betting light as well so standard shove? I don't like calling behind because it just gives him free cards to catch up with AK which I wont get any more action from if I call. I don't think I ever fold here

Im not a fan, because villian never calls with a worse hand. I also think villian might think twice about cbetting hard with AK on this board after raising pre so much. I like a call, I even like a fold preflop. I also can like a shove preflop.

I think if you're calling preflop then you definitely gotta get it in here.

I might just fold preflop though.

you are totally crushed by his calling range. Doing this with AK is better than with JJ. If he squeezes a lot and would cbet 100% this is profitable though.

$240 is close enouogh to 25% of the pot that he loses that much by checking down vs AK.

I am not advocating a call. It's a clear push/fold. Vs a calling range of TT,QQ+ you have 10% equity.

I hate these spots. They fold or I get stacked.
