Dirty words getting beeped on the radio.
Anyone else think that hearing the beep is way funnier than hearing the actual word?

Re: Dirty words getting beeped on the radio.
There is a great show here in st. louis called the Dave Glover show on 97.1 fm talk, he had a call in trivia contest, winner gets a gift certificate to qdoba. Some guy calls in, gives the wrong answer then says "F*** I really wanted that Qdoba". they did a funny little 30 seconds routine abotu the guy reeeally really wanting that qdoba, then go to a news break. Serious announcer gets on, and does the news ends with "and this traffic and weather report brought to by Qdoba, freshest burritos in town...BEEP I really wanted that qdoba". almost wrecked my car I was laughing so hard.

Its so *beep* annoying to listen to the *beep* radio when they do that. *beep* ,we all know whats being said for the most *beep* part anyway.

Re: Dirty words getting beeped on the radio.
I always wonder why the record company doesn't just give them a version that silences the offending lyric only, that way it wouldn't [censored] up the beat too.
