As soon as you click the "Sit Out Next Blind" button, the Pokerstars client recognizes you are leaving, and although it doesn't care who wins or loses, it wants to keep the money in circulation for rake purposes. Also, when you click "Sit Out Next Blind" and then lose a monster, you instantly unclick it, rebuy, and proceed to play for 4 more hours. This is why you always lose a monster right at the end.

Are there any flaws here?

Solution:
Always end a session by means of ritual sacrifice - wait for QQ+ - open fold it and close Stars in Task Manager.
