Default Neteller closing to Canadians
Does anyone know why as of April 9,2007 Neteller is no longer allowing Canadians to transfer funds to and from gaming sites? This makes no sense at all and as far as I can tell has notihng to do with any potential legislation in Canada, because there is none. Has anyone heard or seen anything different on this?
