Default Is this spew or a well timed bluff?

5/10 NL at the Commerce
Hero has been very LAG, showed a few bluffs but was winning the big pots. Villain was pretty tight by Commerce standards and had been folding to aggression.
Hero: 1800
Villain: 700
Hero on the button makes it 60 after three limpers, SB and BB fold, limpers call, villain in CO calls.
Hero has AJo
Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
All checks, Hero makes it 150, fold, fold, Villain calls
Turn: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain checks, Hero goes all-in
How often does the villain fold, what hands are in his range? Comments on all streets appreciated.

well you don't provide any evidence as to why it's well timed, so... spew? villain is getting better than 2:1; he's probably calling a lot.

He's probably calling everything except qj but at the 400 @ commerce he probably calls with qj also. Don't make those bluffs in that game its ussually worthless unless the guy is super tight.

JQ in his range, JT, something of that nature. I doubt villain would c/c with set. I doubt he calls here with KJ or KQ, AK IS VERY slight chance. This looks like a good move, if u would do it with strong hands. As you've said, you've played big pots with winning hands, and this is a big pot, so I assume ull get some credit. Well-timed.
