Villain is 50/5/0.6 over 100 hands. I take the free card on the turn and am faced with a non flush completing ace on the river. The ace should scare a thinking player based on my actions, but is there any value in bluffing here at micro? If yes, how big of a bet?

Ok a bluff here would be a possibility against some microstakes players, BUT DEFINITELY NOT this one. His stats are the definition of calling station.
