Default Two pair Vs a LAG on possible tilt

Villian has been very LAG but also been playing fairly weak making alot of thin calls. I've yet to get out of hand vs the villian and only shown down very good hands.

I realize that my preflop call and check on flop may not be the line that some of you would take on this hand but going on the way I played it is the river a call?

My instincts tell me the best line would have been check/call river. I think my river bet was very poor. If villian was bluffing on turn my best value still comes in check calling here. Anyway...considering i made the bet do you call his shove? We hold the ace of diamonds but I'm not sure how much weight that holds as he is still probably not buying the flush and will value shove his straight, higher two pair, or set here. I'm not sure what we can beat other than a complete bluff so I folded. ???

fold as played, why not just check/call river ? otherwise I bet flop/ bet bigger on turn.

I'd also like to add that some might add the my river bet looks like a block bet and that villian might see this as me trying to get a cheap showdown creating him to shove his weaker hand. However villian has seen me do this with the nuts before so he knows I am capable of having a flush here.

As played, re-raise the turn, call river.
