Western Union deposits WTF?

So since Im busto I start to make an epassportay account and its like "we have to verify your bank account which takes like a year, then after you deposit it takes 2 more years to access your money Im a dirty whoree blabla"

So I look at other options and see western union. Ok so stars tells me to send my money to Epifania Alarcon Urbina in San Jose Costa rica? Im like ughh thats shady sounding but W/E. I go to western Union and for me to transfer 300 bucks to this guy they are going charge me almost 40$. Is this serious? Has anybody used this shady ass deposit option? I think Im just going wait for epassportay.

Western Union charges to wire money. I think it's kinda their business model or something.

yeah i did this the other day.payed 20 or something for a couple hundos to be put on. works almost instantly.

But thats the point, its a manual wire transfer, not an automatic one like bank 2 bank.
