unknown villain played the first time with him.

just shove, or 3bet a smaller amount? his line screams set so i think shovin is best or should i give him another chance to bluff if he has not anything??

555 is the only set I see. I think a big draw is more likely (67h/9Th). I would reraise this to $220. He will shove any set, and prolly two pair and might even pull him in with a draw.

Shove, his line looks like set (as you said) or possibly slowplayed overpair. A turn minraise bluff is awkward but possible, if he's trying to fold out top pair and thinks on a higher level. Maybe he raised turn because the heart gave him some kind of sick draw, either way I think I'm pushing because anything that calls you beat here, and the line here doesn't cause many hands to fold imo.
