Default Is this even worth It? (vs a short stack)

I raise utg to $14 with KdQd, Short stack calls on button. His stats are pretty normal...like 25/13 or something.

Flop is A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]:J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I bet $28, he calls.

Turn is A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

check check

River is 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I shove.

Pot is $92. Villian has $158 left in his stack.

He has an Ace and will call.
Or he has a flush and will call.
Or he has a boat and will call.

In short: he will call.

Well, he's got a normal stats and he called preflop and flop, so what do you put him on.Very rare that he has only a J there.Plus, he is shortstacked. Why, btw?Cause he just lost a big pot and didn't have time to reload or he is chronically playing as shorty?

This is almost definitely -EV even if he folds sometimes. And even if it were SLIGHTLY +EV (I don't see how it could be more EV than that) the answer is "No, it's not worth it."

I think he folds any pocketpairs he has that decided to call the flop, as well as any broadway gutties (since they missed) but he has Ax, Jx, spades way too much here for this to be profitable, IMO.
