Cash HU NL Tough river spot against solid regular

Ok bit of history guy is 61.35%vpip 9.82% prf TAF 0.39% over
163 hands.No prevouis history he made a few great marginal calls where i was bluffing outta my skin so he knows im capable of bluffing which some times im using to control pots nicley as if he has a hand he cant expect me to call much for a showdown.Personally i think his TAF says it all i have called down 3 big river bets up to this point all times he has had it and only 1 occasion he 3 barrelled a missed flush draw and only 30% potted me i called down with 2nd pair and took it down on that ocassion.
How this 1 played out i didn like the cold call on turn or flop maybe he has a set str8 or flush a really dont know?Im more inclinned to think flush with how it played out.

A 9% preflop raise doesnt seem too solid to me, that being said I like your line although I do think its very close between a block and a c/f with your read c/f seems pretty good. Blocking non-straight cards seems like a pretty good idea to me also.
