Default Question on mods

If 2+2 moderators go around threatening to ban people for things that happen away from 2+2, do the admins want to know about it?

Who cares about the admins? The rest of us love drama. Spill it.

Except for spam, moderators are only supposed to moderate stuff that happens in/is posted on their own forum. You are free to PM a concern to an admin, post it here, or PM me if you want an opinion on what will likely happen if an admin gets involved.

Also, I'll say that in general, behavior outside of 2+2 is not cause for banning someone from 2+2.

Posting this and not telling us the story is like only letting us see the first 20 minutes of the matrix.

Is this from POG? If POG uses these chatrooms then this is a gray area.

Is this a POG thing? Durron might have a legitimate case here. I predict no drama for the masses. Booooooooooooooooooo!!!

Edit: Beaten to the punch by the people's mod.

This seems like a grey area. If the game was organized in POG, the mods there have some responsibility to run the games efficiently. Also, I have seen several instances of POG mods threatening to tempban for game infracctions. I dunno if this has ever been brought to the attention of the admins before, but my guess is its OK for Durron to do this, especially because its only a short ban.
