Serious Internet connectivity problems, need help
When I try to logon to pokersites or Internet explorer in general, I cannot connect. When I run "Diagnose Connection Problems" on IE, the problem is fixed for about 20 seconds, and then I cannot connect again until I run Diagnose Connection Problems", rinse and repeat, over and over.
My computer is connected to the internet through a router, which is connected to a Comcast cable modem. My girlfriend's computer, is connected through the same router and her connection is fine. The router is wireless, but we are both "wired". For the last several days, it seemed like it was taking longer than usual to connect to the internet or poker sites, but once connected I had no problems. What is going on? |

Network card drivers are corrupt. Uninstall network card, reboot and reinstall latest drivers downloaded from network card manufacturer's website.

I reinstalled the wireless card, and am reconnected through wireless. My LAN is built into the MB, where do I get the driver for that (Dell Dimension E510), because I would like to go back to wired? Thanks again. |
