Default 10/20 vs twin caracas 99

Villain is twin caracas. He has been 3betting me a lot, and its been a few orbits since the last time, I think he's getting ready to 3bet me light. In fact, I am pretty sure he is going to have a wide range (call it a feel thing, whatever).
stack sizes are 2000 or 100bb

So anyways, I pick up 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] OTB
I raise to 70, twin 3bets to 220 or something out of the BB, I call.

FLOP (pot about 420)

Twin pots it. This seemed strange to me so I called, plus I am still ahead of his range (he had bet a standard sized 300-something before I think).

TURN: (pot 1250ish)

Twin pots, I push.

how terrible is this? i can take the hard criticism

EDIT: forgot the FD that came on the turn

ehh I probably just throw the 99 away. Most people give up after a large flop bet and check the turn. Its not horrible but I feel like your behind too many of his possible hands here.

pot on flop is a bit suspicious, but i dont really know the villain that well myself.

The turn definitely makes a lot of second barrel semibluffs possible, so either you got owned by a bigger pair or set or you were decently ahead of his something going into the river. Hope it worked out for you!

And I hate a 4-bet pre here.

this is a terrible stack off vs twin.

he just doesnt get out of line in spots like these enough.

I actually don't think its as bad as it looks in retrospect.

The timing was right for him to have a wide range for his pf 3bet--obv i was right about that

him potting the flop seemed very strange, and I think it warrants a call at least

the real question is, how often does he continue here with a worse hand on the turn? Is he firing clubs/AK/A6, anything with outs? Enough to make my push legit? Is he potting only when he hits his hand or with draws?

a lot of questions about his turn action, really, which is what makes this hand interesting to discuss imo
