Big deal if HS players don't like ratholers, its a legit +EV strategy. At least worthy of discussion.

I assume it was locked not because you asked about ratholing but rather because your post didn't contain any useful content in it. Maybe you should write up a paragraph or two yourself to get the ball rolling.

Yeah, everybody [censored] hates ratholers so why would they offer any help? It may not be against a site's rules but it still doesn't mean that ratholers are not complete [censored].
