Default UB eating into the rake back for US players

Hi Michael,

Ultimate Bet just gave us late notice that effective February
22, they are deducting all deposit fees from US PLAYERS' rake.
Non-US players will NOT be affected. We would have informed
you of this news prior to the effective date, however this is
fresh news to us as well.

NOTE: Our site displays GROSS rake (MGR) for UB, meaning
that neither bonuses nor deposit fees have been deducted.
For every given month, UB will look at the total processing
fees for ALL US players, and then divide this number by the
total revenue generated by ALL US players -- which will give
them a rate of around 20%. This rate will change slightly
from month to month. This essentially means that ALL US
players' MGR will decrease by 20%. For the calculation
below will call this rate 'F'. Your rakeback payment will
be calculated as follows:

[30% x (MGR x(100% -F)] - (25% x bonuses received)

Please note that there are NO fees on withdrawals. We
sincerely apologize on behalf of Ultimate Bet for this
late notice and inconvenience. We trust that you will
understand that UB implemented this new rule solely due
to the fact that their US processing fees have recently
increased fivefold.

We also realize that rakeback has become more and more
complicated, so please email us with any questions!

Best regards,

The RakeBreak Team

Unbelievable. At the pace I've gone the past few months, I'd be paying hundreds of dollars per year for OTHER PLAYERS FEES as I haven't deposited at UB or moved funds at all for months.

The day UB stops the points for cash promo, it will be a ghost town.

Any site that deducts from your rakeback or adds fees retroactively does not deserve your business.

In theory, yes. In practice, I have exactly two sites to chose from.

And you pick UB? You sir win the moron award. I wish I could have a buisness where I walk all over my customers, do whatever I want to them, and have them coming back for more. I guess only poker players bend over
