Cash NL Quads ON Turn

Ok so basically i was being a donk and got into the min raisng game with quads on the turn.

He was getting frustrated with me rasing every pot preflop betting and c/r any flop and i really just think he's had enough here.I doubt he even had a hand.

Dealt to me K-Qo i raise he calls.

Flop Qx-Qx-6 obv i check on rainbow to induce he doesn fall for it on flop and checks behind.

Turn Qx now i bet $4 into $7 he makes it $12 i go into tank for a wile then min raise he thinks for like 4secounds then min raises back....At this point i feel i shudda called then either lead weak on river to induce or checked the river so he fires.

I actaully min raised back on the turn which was so gross it's untrue very amatuerish.

Sorry theres no hand history i just woke up and can't be bothered.

Thoughts on how you guys would play this hand out please with the information given.
