20/180 99 in EP and everyone comes along

Last caller is reasonable. BB is very good. Everyone else is hopeless. Simple hand - anyone do anything differently, such as bet the flop into four players, bet more on the turn or bet the river?

I'm always kinda surpised, when I post hands, about my bet sizing. I might turn out to be good at poker if I gave this more thought, rather than just clicking a few times. If you'd asked me what I would bet on the turn, it would be 2/3 pot.

Nothing else? Can we lead this flop with second pair and a gutshot given the standard of players behind? Should we bet the river?

no leading this flop is bad because of your pair and gutshot you often talk yourself into calling a raise because you have outs I rather c-bet with a hand I can release easily to resistance.
