AA against a nit
Villain's stats are 8 / 8 / 3 over 75 hands. After the turn action he has about $22 behind and I have him covered. Do I stack here?

Re: AA against a nit
easy push, if he's that much of a nit he probably doesnt have 22 or 44, obv JJ unlikely too. He sure doesn't have J2 or J4 you're just beating so much right now this is not a hard decision

Re: AA against a nit
Yes, he probably has KK or QQ, you can't read him for JJ here.. Also, it would be helpful if you had some flop reads on him like if he likes to slowplay or not but i guess when he only puts in money 8% of the time its hard to get a read other than uber nit

Re: AA against a nit
Not even sure 22/44 is in his opening range. That leaves only one hand you have to worry about. I go broke here everytime.

Re: AA against a nit
Yeah, nits play KK/QQ this way as well, if he has JJ it's pretty nasty but you may also see AK[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] so shoving here is definitely +EV.
Btw - that reraise is too small and you should probably bump it to $7, you're giving them pretty good odds to call with a lot esp. since they have position. |

Push-a-rooni. Ya, he's got JJ sometimes. He's got QQ/KK, misc. other more.

[/ QUOTE ] Good point on the $7. spoiler warning!!! I repushed and got stacked...The only hand I was worried about was JJ and he actually had 44 which I didn't expect. |

Re: AA against a nit
from experience, nits (25nl though) don't raise overpairs, even on drawy boards
