Default Poker tracking software

I am a new to this site and relatively new to online poker. I have seen a lot of talk about LAG vs. TAG and how you can use software to track your hands to see if you are playing a certain style. Also, what is 20/10/1 notation. Can someone explain this stuff to me please. Recommendation on what tracking software to use would be much appreciated too. Thanks.

I just got them both too, but I have still very little clue on how to use the stats to my game advantage. Do you guys use the default stats or change and remove them under layout manager? Default stats as in Voluntary put $ in pot, Pre-flop raise, total agreesion post flop and total hands.

How do I know if he's a LAG or TAG base on these stats?

Thanks.
