3 players limp to me and I limp w/66 in the HiJack, fold and Mike L. who raises the button, SB folds Big blind calls, all call, 6 to the flop for 2 bets.

Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Checked to Mike L who bets, 3 call, one folds, and I check-raise, all call.

Turn: 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Checked to me, I bet, Mike L raises, now this older guys comes to life and 3-bets, I call 2 and Mike quickly folds.

River: T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

The older guy quickly bets....

Dougie, ~20:1, on you?

I just remembered that the older guy bet the river in the dark.

You only have to be good 5%. You were there, but given the description you are not good 0.5%.

he knows you dont have a 9, i am not folding getting 20-1...then again i probably dont fold getting 20-1 if he showed me a 9 [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

i like donking these flops sometimes fwiw especially with somebody like mike behind me who will raise more than others.

i hate being such "err pot is big so i call" donkey, but thats limit poker.

i was there but i dont want to taint the results.

i will say that i had aces, and as soon as joe c/r'ed the flop i was thinking i might very well be looking at 66. should i play the turn differently given that?

He's representing the 109,but at these big odds,you have to call on the chance thar he has 2 pair,imo.

ya I'm not folding. I just figured that's pretty much squarely is holding.
