Default Yahoo Small Business

Anyone had any experience with this? I was thinking of using this to setup my website but wanted to hear some testimonials if possible with people who have used it before. What are some pros and cons?

I responded to your other thread and suggested Yahoo small business. I'm not sure if you read it or not, but Yahoo is an inexpensive solution and it's easy to get set up.

Yahoo is most likely one of the most expensive solutions out there. You get charged your normal merchant account fees and then get charged fees by yahoo on top of that.

It depends on how much upfront work you want to do and how much technical expertise you have.

Yahoo stores is probably the fastest for a non-technical person but it's definitely not the cheapest (which would be OSCommerce or ZenCart or any other free cart out there).

I had the chance to use Yahoo Small Business this past weekend. I would say that it's probably the fastest and easiest method out there for getting an e-commerce site up and running.

Off topic, but how is your business progressing?

spex,

we just ordered our first shipment of 100 shoes today. We plan to sell those on ebay and make some profit that will then be used to put towards the business. In the meantime, we will be working on getting the website up, work on some marketing ideas, and read all we can. Our target to have the website up and running is May 1st.

Diddy, I'm working on something similar, I haven't seen any posts about what you're doing and I'm interested. How many partners do you have so far? PM SENT
