about the pf raise: i was mp1, but it was 8-handed so i was 3 to the button. also the CO was a massive calling station so i didn't mind a call from him.

I think it's fine. You don't want to get raised on the turn as you can't b/fold, so I think checking behind is better than betting. By calling the river you snap off the occasional bluff.

i think you should open-fold the turn because you don't have any outs .

the turn is tough. in many cases, i would like the check behind because you will make up that BB on the river when you hit. in this case, i'm not sure villain will bet/call the river when you hit because the board will be super scary (unless you hit exactly the J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]).

i think you have to bet the turn. there are so many hands he can call with that you crush (lower flush draws, Tx). if he does c/r, you have a billion outs to improve.

as played, i guess you can call to pick off a "bluff", but i'm not sure what he could be bluffing with here. would he bet 66 on this board? busted straight/flush draw? you have to be right 20% of the time.

this is another reason to just bet the turn. you can either fold with confidence or take a free showdown with your marginal hand when you miss.

You have way too much equity to check that turn. I think you have the best hand a lot of the time. Getting check raised here isn't that big of a deal.

Never, but this isn't a checking behind with outs spot.

I'd rather bet the turn. In order for you to be good on the end, he has to be bluffing about 20% of the time. Unless you've seen villain do a lot of bluffing, I don't think he's bluffing here when he bets more than about 10-15% of the time. A lot of the times that he bets this, he's value betting.

I think it's better to just bet the turn and see what happens. If he check-raises you, call and fold the river UI. If he folds, that's fine. If he calls, check behind UI. There are tons of draws out there that you're ahead of on the turn, and also a number of draws that you actually have dominated (worse spades). There are also many worse hands that will call you down.
