pokerstars and proxy

I am connected via a http proxy at work to get internet... was wondering if I could somehow configure my pokerstars to connect through this proxy. I looked at the Pokerstars FAQ and it said that I could change this in the configuration files... however, i do not know which configuration file they are talking about because I see nothing about proxy servers or connecting... Also, some of the other .ini files inside the pokerstars folder have just weird characters. Help?
