as an admin, you are a representative of this site.

for you to setup a tournament implies "2+2 sactioned or endorsed tournament"


a non-mod should set this up, just as a non-mod should setup the march maddness stuff.

this makes it a forum-member event and not a 2+2 event.


as a solution, i suggest we de-mod DB so that he can run this.
