My second is in bristol but not in gibraltar
My third is in angel and also in lane
My fourth is in paradise, lampoon and sane.
My fifth is in Turkey and also in lute
My sixth is in rope but not in shoot
My last is either s t u v or e
Work out this fine clue and guess the country!

I think he means guess the landmark, and then the country.

EDIT: Although, it would be kinda weird to guess the first, but not know the latter. Probably just there to make it (sorta) rhyme.
