How Would You Spend $1,000,000

Scenario; government sends you a $1,000,000 check b/c X happened. Non taxed, so you get 1,000,000. Whatever you spend it on will not be taxed.

The max you can buy is: stuff = to $1m @ the time of purchase.

I would:
(100k)Give 25k to each of my 4 direct family members

10k Buy used Honda/Toyota w/ good mileage

100k Buy/remodel house In Utah, Colorado North Carolina, or Idaho for (real estate investment)

300k into investment market (mix of forex, commodities, index + stocks, bonds)

300k into an apartment complex (with 10+ units). Ideally in nice state like California, or NY, or Fla, TX, etc..

150k Buy/remodel a temporary house. IDK what state would offer a nice place for 160k, but I would just need a decent 3 bed, 2 bath pad, where me and some friends can live.

30k Donk it off playing high stakes online, possible some WSOP events.

10k Travel

Mainly I am hoping to get some good ROI on the $ - I would be renting the $100k crib out, as well as 10+ units in the apt for cashflow. And hopefully w/ my diversified stock investments I would be able to get like 7% a year. I would estimate my income for the first year would be about 45k which would be plenty for gas/cable/insurance/ food.

I would retire my mother (buy her a house and give her enough money so she doesn't need to work again). I would give my dad 40k.

Guess I gotta answer for real now. I'd put a bunch of it into my business. I'd buy my sister a new car. I'd pay off my parents house. I'd put a big downpayment on a house. I'd invest the rest.
